Membership Eligibility

  • Spouse of all members of the armed forces on active duty entitled to a military ID card.

  • Unmarried or unremarried widowed spouses entitled to a military ID card.

  • Spouse of retired members of the armed forces.

  • Spouses of Government Service or nonappropriated fund employees, active or retired entitled to a military ID card.

  • Military dependent, eighteen (18) years of age or over, who is a military ID card holder under the "20-20-20 Rule'.

  • Spouses of Guard and Reserve members, entitled to a military ID card.

All it takes is 5 minutes to fill out our digital application form and pay your dues. Membership dues for the 2024-2025 ESC year are currently $40 and cover your membership until May 2025. ​
