Charlotte Chastain President
Charlotte is currently serving as the President for the Eglin Spouses’ Club. She has been here with her family since 2012. When she isn't volunteering at the Eglin Thrift Shop or her children's school you can find her having a blast with her friends that she has made through ESC, curled up with a book, or watching whatever trash TV Bravo is currently serving.
Teresa Liebl
Parliamentarian
Teresa lives in Crestview; she and her family have lived there off and on since 2010. She has been a military spouse since 2002, and since her husband was over halfway through his career when they got married, a retired military spouse since 2014. They have a daughter who will be a junior at Crestview High School and who plays trumpet in the marching band. Teresa currently works full-time as a merchandising /operating manager at a retail store in Destin. When she's not burning up the roads driving back and forth to work, she likes to read, watch Netflix (true crime stories of course!), go to the movies, do craft projects, go out to eat and just hang around being kind of lazy! Her family are huge supporters of the Crestview Band and you can find them on Friday nights yelling in the stands. (Mostly Teresa doing the yelling, if we're being honest). She is looking forward to this new year with the Spouses Club - to see some old friends and to meet some new people. It will be a fun year.
Natalie Lliff
1st Vice President
Natalie Iliff will be serving as our 1st Vice President. She has been married for 11 years and a military spouse for 10 years.
Her family has been PCSing from San Antonio this summer, where they were for the last 6 years. She really loved JBSA, but she is especially excited to experience everything Eglin has to offer!!
Natalie is from Carmel, Indiana & proud of her Midwest roots! Her family vacationed to Destin all the time growing up!
She has 4 young children (9, 7, 5, & 3) who take up a lot of her time and her family is excited to get a puppy once they move to Niceville and get settled!
Although she studied Musical Theatre and Elementary Education in college, she absolutely loves to plan parties/gatherings for friends and family and probably should have gone into event planning. Self-proclaimed DIY queen; crafts, balloons, charcuterie boards, decor, home improvement, organization, etc. With a Diet Coke in her hand, she is pretty sure I can tackle anything!
Julie Joyner
Membership Coordinator
Julie Joyner is your Membership Chair for the upcoming Spouses' Club year. Julie is a retired military spouse and has lived in Niceville since 2007. She has been a part of the Spouses' Club for about 8 years. She enjoys playing Mahjong on Wednesdays and she is in both the Daytime and Nighttime Book Clubs, although more times than not, she doesn't get the books read. Julie has participated in Wine Club, Lunch Bunch, Craft Club, and Coffee Club. She just really likes to be out with friends. Julie loves going to the beach, thrift store shopping, and playing any version of Mahjong.

KatieAnn Wolf
Social Media Manager
KatieAnn is currently serving as social media manager. This is her family's second time at Eglin and they've been here 2 years so far. She has been a military spouse for 18 years. You can often find her reading, crafting, spending time with friends, or advocating for her kids.
Tiffany Orner
Scholarship Liaison
Tiffany Orner is the 2026-2027 Scholarship Chair for the Eglin Spouses' Club. She is third-generation military, a second-generation Air Force veteran, a two-time military spouse, and a military mama. Service is in her DNA.
She founded The TO Agency in Niceville, where she builds relationship infrastructure between businesses and the communities they serve. She stood up the Grunt Style Foundation as a national nonprofit, where her work helped move the PACT Act, and launched Forever Warriors locally. Within five months, she was alongside Governor DeSantis as he signed bills into law for Florida's Military Families. Across nine years in this community she has reached more than 10,000 military families. She is an Honorary Commander at Eglin and the military voice for Voices of BVM's Neighbors of Bluewater Bay Magazine.
For several years she served Operation Homefront as a national judge for the Military Child of the Year Award, reading hundreds of applications from military kids stationed all over the world. That work is the reason the ESC scholarship rubric now looks the way it does: the kid who quietly held a family together during a deployment gets seen, not filtered out.
She describes her work as support beyond the gate.
Deborah Casey holds the position of Secretary, on the 2026-2027 ESC board.
She was a military spouse (retired) for 30+ years and continues to enjoy her connection with the military community through volunteering, on the ESC board.
Her favorite assignment was the 21 years spent in Wiesbaden, Germany, as retired military.
Deborah's favorite part of entertainment with the ESC is the evening bookclub! When her schedule allows, she love the ESC morning bookclub, too.
She is originally from London, England, and she has always considered wherever she lives to be home.
Deborah and her husband have 4 children, 8 grandchildren, currently no pets, but we do own several plants.
What brings her joy is being with family, hanging out with friends, wine, chocolate, traveling, shopping, and her job at Chico’s!

Lucinda Rogers
Cookie Caper Committee
Lucinda is currently serving as a co-chair on the Cookie Caper Committee. She has been a military spouse for 30 years. Her husband retired 8 years ago. When she isn't working hard on ESC duties, you can find her gardening, reading, making jewelry, and doing all sorts of crafts. Most importantly, she enjoys spending time with her family.
Fun fact: She is a military brat and graduated from Fort Walton Beach High School.
